The Leadership Circle is where emerging leaders break old patterns and build a new operating system — together.
You got the role. The team. The responsibility. You've read the leadership books. Attended the corporate trainings. Done the personality assessments.
None of it stuck.
You sit in meetings still second-guessing yourself. You deliver results but can't shake the feeling you're one mistake away from being found out.
The Leadership Circle is where that changes. In a group of driven professionals who challenge each other — while I guide the process — you start to see the patterns you couldn't see alone.
In 2018, I was severely depressed, leading a PhD project at Heidelberg University. I couldn't speak on stage. I couldn't see a way out. People told me I asked stupid questions, that I'd never make it as an entrepreneur.
They were wrong about every single one.
I published as first author in Nature. Won the Richtzenhain Prize. Secured a $2.7 million research grant. Graduated top 1% of my class. Then left science entirely, built a coaching company from scratch in Berlin, and created a business serving leaders across 10+ countries.
The shift didn't happen because I worked harder. It happened because one coach asked me one question that changed my entire operating system.
Now I do the same for my clients. Every single day.
You know something needs to change but you're not sure where to start. Maybe you've never had a coach. Maybe you tried one and it didn't stick. This is where the work begins — in a group of driven professionals who challenge and support each other while I guide the process.
80+ leaders across 10+ countries have already made this decision. They got clarity. They broke patterns that had been running for years. They started leading — not just performing.
