1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using our services, you (the “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase, access, or use our services or products.

2. Services

We provide a range of leadership and personal development services, including but not limited to:

  • Coaching programs.
  • Workshops and training sessions.
  • Digital products (e.g., the Clarity Kit).
  • Consulting and leadership development services.

3. Payments

  • Payments must be made in full unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and PayPal (or as displayed at checkout).
  • Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. Refund Policy

Clarity Kit only: You may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
All other services: All other coaching, programs, workshops, and services are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, abuse, or suspected fraud.

5. Intellectual Property

All program content, materials, templates, videos, and resources are owned exclusively by the Company and are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not:
